Christopher C. Unigwe, of the Supreme Court of Nigeria is from Nnewi in Anambra State, was born on the 14th of May, 1956 in Jos, Plateau State.
He attended Imo State University, Olabisi Onabanjo University (formerly Ogun State University) Ago-Iwoye and the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu.
He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Company Administration, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in International Relations and Master’s Degree (MSC) in International Affairs & Diplomacy.
In the course of his career in Civil Service of the Supreme Court, he has presented seminar papers, attended conferences and workshops in Nigeria, United States of America, Italy, Canada, The Netherlands and the United Kingdom, on Strategic Leadership, Nigerian Judicial Administration, Project management, Financial and Human Resources Management in Courts and Computer Proficiency & Applications etc.
He is a Senior Member, Institute of Public Management, Member of National Association for Court Management, (NCMA) USA, Member Current Affairs Society of Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu and Member Chartered Institute of Arbitrators London.
He is happily married with four lovely children.
